The car wash was so bad it made my car worse than before the wash. No soap was used only water the porter told me The car was still dirty plus it now had water spots

When we asked a question about two of charges, Brandon had an attitude towards us. He was not very nice towards us. There was no reason to treat customers that way. We as customers have a right for an explanation. We have been customers for close to 25 years. We paid the invoice without a good explanation. Is this how customers are now treated? I went to the car and notice the car was not even given a free car wash. This will be our last going Advantage Toyota of River Oaks. All it takes one employee to lose clients besides any referrals.

I was informed on three separate occasions that my vehicle would be completed the next day. This ended up taking a 8 days. And my emblem was never reinstalled, unfortunately I did not realize this until I made it back home, which is an hour away. I called to inform the service department and a man had said he just started a couple days ago so there was nothing he could do about. I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me I would receive a call back shortly, of course I never did.
