I asked the service rep to check the sensor on my door as it was going off sporadically and as I was during I heard the noise. I checked my receipt and there was no indication that the problem was checked nor was I informed that something was amiss.

I’m not sure if this is a new thing, but usually when my vehicle is done being serviced I’d be called in the waiting room and verbally told my vehicle is ready. I received a text saying that it was ready but like I said before I’m used to being called from the waiting room. I sat there an extra 30 minutes for nothing. No one told me anything until I got up and said something myself.

my pcs system stopped working ima be in tomorrow to find out what’s going on it was working fine until it got serviced today i don’t know what’s going on but now it’s acting funny

It would be nice if Toyota you give senior citizens discount on whatever type of service they get that they have to pay too be a little better than customer service but everything is good

No I am not happy at all I’m pissed because the broke down today, right now on Mothers Day with my family on our way to dinner and we missed our dinner reservations. I got the car out the shop yesterday morning and it’s broken again. I’ve only had the car for two weeks and it has broken down every weekend. I no longer trust the truck so I honestly think I don’t want the truck. I have not enjoyed the car yet and I’m disappointed and disgusted. I will be at your dealership early tomorrow morning
