I am writing to express my deepest appreciation to Aric Taylor for the exceptional customer service experience he gave I and my husband when we can in for our car service. He went beyond and above my expectation. He is calm, respectful and took his time to look at other services that had been done in other location we used in the past. Absolutely not. Bought four new tires in 6 month ago from Toyota and they tell me I need a new tire today. Went in thinking I’d spend about $75 got charge $479. I’m so disappointed. I trusted the Toyota. I longer trust the brand. I feel like I got ripped off today.
