Put a sign up to let people know how far to pull into check in bay. Random employees with bad attitude and even worse communication did not cut it.

I had a coupon that specifically said $69.99 for a oil change,tire rotation brake inspection and exterior wash all included. I did not get a wash! I told him when I arrived about what’s all included in the coupon and he said I got u but when everything was completed, my car was still dirty, I did not get my wash. I didn’t stay and complain because I had to go. Folks always half **** work and im sick of it!

I was thoroughly satisfied and impressed by the sheer professionalism from the entire Advantage team! I felt welcomed as soon as I pulled into the Service Bay Area and was greeted by Symone! The entire process was thoroughly explained along with an accurate estimate of the time it would take to finish the recall on my vehicle. I was impressed by the shuttle transportation offering! Both service gentlemen were pleasant, professional and extremely safe drivers.

I’m completely satisfied with the intervention I received from the manager, Nick. The technician was attempting to overcharge me for my service. I have received service several times at this site. The technician was new and not as knowledgeable about my car. The manager effectively resolved the situation. I’m am so happy to work with advantage Toyota. Thank you so much!

I am so grateful that I take my vehicle to a reputable service department that works on my car and don't try to make me feel indifferent about bringing my car to the shop for repair.
