Jones my Rav-4 is SAFE for Driving for myself & Others Well Done
It was awesome thank everyone
I came in to River Oaks Toyota a man on a mission unfortunately cars break but Toyota resolved my issue. My first point of contact was with sales people but they directed me to service advisors. First guy that asked me what i was in for rubbed me wrong way had a bit of a stern attitude not too friendly. However when Symone Minter heard me about a towed in prius she took over. She made me want to say now this is customer service she was friendly and supportive i would come back to River Oaks Toyota for Symone great service and appreciation. Thank you and my vehicle was repaired simple oil engine issue resolved now.
Thanks you so much. Everything was taken care of so well and thanks to Mr. Brandon for his help in explaining what the problem was. Thanks Toyota for your services.
Super professional and very nice
Wasted too much time waiting before my car was done .
I did not have to wait long before my job was done.
Treated with dignity and respect as a handicapped individual.
Nick was very precise and professional.
I have no personal issue with my Advisor. My vehicle was there for a failed TPMS sensor. I drive a 2019 Ford Explorer with a Toyota Platinum Warranty. Upon picking up my vehicle I was presented with a bill, again I have a Platinum Toyota warranty on my vehicle, despite the fact that it's a Ford. I pay $248 a month for this policy and it's a zero deductible policy. I've had my policy for approximately 2 years, @ $248 a month thats $5952.00 I've paid into this warranty for the peace of mind of NOT having to come out of pocket for breakdowns, so when I'm presented with a bill for repairs that are COMPLETELY COVERED by the extended warranty company that I pay for through the dealership that I purchased the policy from which dictates that I MUST bring it there or a Ford dealer for service. I'm NOT happy! I chose the selling dealer because it's more convenient and down the street from my current employer. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was informed FOR THE FIRST TIME that I have a balance. I asked why I have a balance and I was informed that because I own a Ford and this is a Toyota dealerships that after installing my failed COVERED tpms sensor, that they weren't capable of programming the new sensor and that they subletted out to a local Ford dealer for programming. I was NEVER informed that I was facing cost for this repair and when I picked up my vehicle and presented with a bill that was unexpected, I of course asked to speak someone in charge. The person who helped me was apparently their NEW fixed ops manager and she had a conversation with me about how they can't do things for free. I'm a Service Advisor and I used to work at Advantage Toyota and decided to leave. I now work for a different dealership and my dealership is completely capable of programming TPMS sensors despite the brand. The Manager did wave the charges but only after accusing me of trying to get something for free and then concluded by asking me not to bring my car back there and to go to a Ford dealer since my service contract permits me to either go to the selling dealer of said contract or OEM aka FORD. I will be calling Toyota Financial services to make a formal compamint and I will also follow up wiith Google and Yelp. I've paid a premium of $248 a month for approx 2 years now. $5952.00 and your new manager made me feel like I was asking for something for free. Unacceptable!
