I was supposed to get a complimentary service on my rear sensories for my tires because during my last visit they overlooked it and couldn't figure out why my tire light kept staying on. Instead I was told the manager said he would give me 25% off the cost. That was not fair. That is not what they told me previously. That was not good business. In addition, I did not ask for an oil change, but they gave me one. They did take the cost off. But I worry about things like that. If I didn't ask for it, and if it had been something much more expensive, I do not think it would have turned out like that. I am beginning to doubt whether I want to continue bringing my vehicle to this service organization.

I would like to thank Aric Taylor for good services, he took out the time to explain to me in full detail what was wrong and what had to be replace, he was very polite and very helpful and very professional, I would recommend this company to anyone I know that need work done to there car and if I ever need any service again, I will bring my car back, again thank you Aric Taylor for good services.
