It was a very high tension experience. When I got there, no one really directed me where to go. I stood by my car. The porters were the ones who were the most friendly. When I finally got my service agent, he looked like he was gonna have a heart attack. And then really wasn’t thorough about follow up. I needed someone to drive me somewhere kind of directed me to just stand somewhere, but didn’t give me any more direction. Then when I needed to be picked up, I never got a response back, I called the service center. They told me that someone was going to reach out and no one did. So I called an Uber, in about two minutes before the Uber came. The porter from Toyota picked me up. I had to cancel my Uber and pay seven dollars for the cancellation fee. Then when I got back to pick up my car, no one welcomed to me, luckily, I know the procedure so I walked up to the cashier. Paid, and got my key. I saw my service advisor. He didn’t even look up at me, just stood at his kiosk. Again no follow up. And I just left. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here, it’s so convenient and right near my house. But I’m not sure if I’m coming back. I did order a part, I already pre-paid for it. That would be the only thing I would come back for.
