Symone Minter was lovely. I remembered her from my last visit. Very professional. However, unfortunately, I was disappointed with whoever was responsible for my car wash. My last visit in January I was surprised how lovely the car looked. They carefully wiped it down as well. This time the car windows had water stains, all of them, and when I got home & parked the car in my garage I saw that the outside of the entire car had water stains. It seems that someone just hosed down the car with water so it was wet, but not actually clean at all. Never received results of my multi-point inspection. Simone apologized saying you are having issues with your internet. I think it is because of this gadget you installed with the speed bump as you drive in. Someone higher up has made a very bad decision, in my opinion. Money not well spent at all.

The Mechanic could not find out why my car is making the noise on the right side in the front. He say he did not hear anything. I need to come back up there and ride in the car with him so I can pull out the noise that I’m talking about.

I am satisfied with the the fast service and great customer service but not with the surprise in the price. I didn't appreciate having to pay $100 more than expected. Jorge was nice to give a little discount which was appreciated. Be more open with your pricing up front or you could lose my business.

I had been coming there to get my oil changed then I decided to get a full inspection of my car the staff really show me how bad they customer service really is. I'll try not ever getting service there again.
