The guy that checked me in didn’t seem to be a people person. Did not greet me. Just walked up and asked was I coming in for an oil change. When I went to pay for my service me and the cashier had a staring contest. She finally said can I help you. Afterwards she gave me my receipt and I had to ask where my car was located. Your staff should smile more and engage with the customers.

Symone is the second best asset to Advantage Toyota, Leroy Owens is the first. She is knowledgeable of the car systems, personable, pleasant and patient. She is not pushy or rude. This is my second encounter with her and was pleased with her assistance.

I’ve been a customer at Advantage Toyota for a couple of years now, but my most recent visit left me extremely disappointed. I set up an appointment under my name, explained the service I needed, and provided all of the details about the vehicle. Despite that, when it came time to review the paperwork and go over the service, the advisor completely disregarded me and instead handed everything to the man who accompanied me giving him the pen to sign the tablet and directing all communication to him. This was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. As the person who scheduled the appointment and provided the service details, I expected to be treated as the customer, not ignored in favor of someone else simply because of outdated assumptions. The experience came across as dismissive and frankly sexist, which is unacceptable in 2025. Dealerships should understand that respect and clear communication with the actual customer is non-negotiable. This experience has made me question continuing my business here, and I hope management takes situations like this seriously.

Symone Minter is one of the greatest employees there hands down, great attitude, great conversations, great listener, great service she definitely need a promotion to become a manager she’s great and Derrick the car salesman he’s great to, I have a great time working with the two of them promoted them please they most definitely deserve it
