The sales person was very condescending. I was quoted one price on the phone and something different when I arrived.Hed.He didn't even attempt to answer the question asked concerning battery an elderly gentleman in the parts dept. Overheard the conversation and responded.The bill wasn't correct at the end of service, had to be adjusted and still didn't feel like it was correct. I just paid because I need my car. Will go to another dealership from now on.

As usual Symone was friendly and professional. I also appreciate the new person in parts, he too was professionally friendly and helpful. My part was ordered with little effort. The team was helpful, I look forward to my next service visit!

I was left waiting for 40 minutes for a porter to pick me up. The pickup address is 1.1miles away, a 3 minute drive. I called 2 times asking when a porter eas coming to pick me up. Each time I was told "they will be there in a few minutes ". Finally, I got a ride from my boss. He dropped me off. I spoke to a assistant manager. Then he had me talk to Emonie. This was a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a ride. You should do better. Would you let your Momma wait that long for a ride?

It took too long to replace a tire I was there about 3 hrs on my off day . It takes less than 30 minutes to replace a tire. Then my tires were new and I got a nail in one, They should have replaced my tire for free I should not have to pay for new after having the car for a month smdh
