It took 2 two days to fix my car. I was told 3 to 4 hours. As a result I missed by food pick up time, my granddaughter missed her rehearsal. I wasn't able to do Anything I was supposed to do. I was told the person working on my was called into a meeting that he had to attend. You should not have told me I was able to get my car fixed that morning. I was very disappointed and my 6yr old was very upset????. I don't ever let her down! I was so disappointed because of all I was unable to do because you all thought so little of my time. My time and what I had to do was not important to you all. I was irrelevant and I didn't don't like it nor appreciate it. My time is valuable and I am important!

Every time I go to this location the service crew always forget something, from putting a part back on, oil, loose screws and a car wash. Every visit I always have to come back and at this point I don’t feel welcomed at Toyota.
