I purchased 4 Goodyear tires at Advantage Toyota about two years ago. I scheduled an appointment to resolve a slow leak in one tire. I waited in Advantage Toyota waiting room, and after about one hour, a young lady informed me the mechanic could not find the leak in my tire. I asked to speak to mechanic (and manager happened to be standing there also). I was informed that the leak could be found but it may take another two hours for the mechanic to locate the leak to see if my tire could be repaired. Due to my reservations with competency level, I and ask to just have my spare tire put on and I would go somewhere else to resolve the issue or purchase a new tire.
No because they came and told everyone there car wasready and told me anything I sat there and my car was ready at 3:45 to 4:30 thinking my car wasn't ready till I went out there to see then he told me he sent me an email at 3:45. What kind of mess is this!!!!!!!!
Your team members are very nice and the manager ERIC is the best thanks to everybody. I was very satisfied.

If the speed and barely looked at video is how vehicles are inspected, it's concerning. As far as the car goes, my car came back still dirty as if it were rinsed off and mostly dried. The hubcaps hadn't even been touched, there was debris in the area at the base of the front window that was not removed. When getting back into my car, the seat has been moved all the way forward and all the way upwards. I had to completely readjust the drivers seat before getting back in the vehicle.
Nick has always been friendly and really listens to whatever you have to say,very understanding and helpful.

Overall service was very satisfactory
When speaking over the phone with the service person I found the volume of the background noise frustratingly excessive
I told them to put some air into my trees they didn't do it even i told them to wash the car they didn't do it.

Nick went home on me and it took approximately an extra half hour to get my vehicle after he left. I brought my vehicle in for a simple change of tire at 3:30pm, and didn’t get out of there until 5:20pm, approximately half an hour after Nick left on Monday. I wished I had gotten the name of the employee who did his best to get me out of there as I was the last vehicle out, which was ironic since I had several who came after me at 3:30, and they were all out before me. It reminded me of Friday when I came in and Jorge was processing me out so quickly that he had to go back and find out why I had to get a new tire in the first place and why my tire could not get patched up. It wasn’t until I spoke to the mechanic who explained to me where the hole was, and helped me understand that patches can’t be repaired there on the tire. Overall, I learned I will never come there an hour and half before you all close since you all are so ready to get me out the door that service simply goes out the window along with my satisfaction!

After the service was completed, the "Check Engine" light came on the next day. So my question is, what service was not done properly?
