The gentleman who came out to my car was not friendly. He didn’t direct me to the lobby door, which was a little embarrassing for me. Looking for the door. he then stated I didn’t have an appointment which I had and as I was leaving again he was not very friendly and then I get a text saying that I miss my appointment. A happy face makes a happy day.

My oil light was flashing whenever I went over a bump or would brake. They repaired it and my car is even running much better than before.

Very serious yet fun individual. Knew when to be fun. It is wonderful to find a person who doesn’t treat others, which aren’t in his age group, like aliens. ???? So. We would prefer to only work with him in the future. He was that good.

Ms. Symone Minter was friendly and easily approachable. She was knowledgeable and made this experience. Very pleasant. I believe my car was further damaged by Advantage Toyota and then they decided to charge me for their mistake. They did unnecessary work on my car to the tune of $800, I paid, then after the check engine line came back on a week later they tried to charge me again, for the SAME work I had just had done. I refused to pay, so then they went another route and told me it was wiring BUT the wires in question are ones they installed. Note said wires have sent a surge and ruined the system. A problem worse than the original one! I’m seeking professional advice on this because I believe this was a scam. And OF COURSE my warranty covers none of this. I never had a good feeling about this place, never had a Toyota, and I think I made a mistake buying a car from Advantage Toyota and for trusting their service department.
