I had an oil change on 1-12-24 however my car is still saying "maintenance required ". The follow up sticker they placed on my window has the wrong mileage on it for my next oil change. It is extremely confusing to look at because it is wrong. When we release our vehicles to the professional technicians, we trust that they will perform service with INTEGRITY and PRECISION but.......I wasn't satisfied with my last appointment at all. The service dept manager was wonderful however. He made sure that I received my video of the service so I truly appreciated that.

I was extremely satisfied that she was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also, she was empathetic to the awful situation with my car that resulted in my needed the Toyota repair service.

Upon arrival in the service department I was greeted and taken care of. As I explained my vehicle issue the Asst Svc Mgr, Carlos took my consern to heart just by listening. I really appreciate that. I was not dismissed. Also, this was my first visit to this particular dealership and I am very satisfied.

I was use to seeing the video when they are working on my car.I ask the lady who checked me in and the cashier both said they do the video but neither had any concern when I told them I didn't get the video.??

Daniel Evjen was great to work with regarding my car issues . He was very informative and gave me updates during my entire visit to the dealership until my vehicle was finished . Very pleasant to work with and explained everything that was being done to my car . I am very hapoy with the service that i received . ????
