While I felt the customer service was excellent and I was able to get a solution to my particular problem, I feel the pricing is excessive. We knew that my trunk would not close and that the trunk release cable and lever were not engaging. No diagnostics were necessary, but I had to wait for over two hours and received an estimate of over $1,000. I do realize that technicians have to be paid for their labor. The parts necessary for this job are only around $60. I had to pay $80 just to wait for two hours to be told what I already knew. My time is just as valuable as your technicians. I’m sure I could have been given the estimate for the work needed and sent me on my way. Considering the fact that people are having a hard time nowadays and surprise issues can be untimely, this is inconsiderate and extremely excessive.
