I came in for estimate before getting work done , told me it was $308. Cool. Come back to get work done, oh, it's $408 and we have to order it. Cool. Come back after part comes in after paying $408.. oh it's another $200 for installation. WHY DO YOU THINK I STOPPED IN FOR ORIGINAL ESTIMATE?? It's not a good look. And it makes the guys look as if thy are gouging prices. Do better. Don't think I'll be coming bk for service a location due to the lack of price transparency $300 to $$600 Damn that "estimate " was kinda off

Was told 1 hour for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 11:45, arrived at 11:20. Was told at 2:00 that it would be another half hour for tire rotation. Truck turned over at 2:17 m, after I paid cashier and got in truck I noticed the tires were not rotated and the power work states damaged wheel lock which is complete **** because I tried the wheel lock and and had no issues. If you want to be a respectable employee and business don’t lie to your customers and let them know when you’re running behind schedule so customers can make arrangements.

My total came up to $70 something but when I booked thru the app it only said $40 something so I was told by the cashier I had to see who helped me which was Brandon when I got his attention he said “I’m off the clock” & I didn’t like that! I had to show him the app as if I was lying but he then adjusted the price but I didn’t like his response at all

I handled everything remotely. My teenage son brought in my car for service. I have a maintenance plan but they suggested some additional items which I approved. I called Symone and informed her that he did not have the money and wanted to pay over the phone. She offered the electronic payment via my phone which worked perfectly. Thanks to Symone for accommodating Mr.

I waited for over 6 hours for a tire change and missed a day of work. They did not have any rental cars available. I was very unhappy when l left and l expressed my dissatisfaction to the service representative that assisted me.

Pleased with the service performed , pleased to know what further service needs to be performed . I appreciate the complete evaluation of my car & the cost relating to further repairs it . Text updates are terrific . The car printout is most helpful . Symone was a very good service advisor. Pleased with this dealership .

You representative was very polite service with a smile. I enjoyed my visit. It didn’t take very long and they let me know that it wouldn’t take very long and they came and got me completely satisfied.
