My mom has tooken her car 3 time to get her remote start fixed. First time she went and left because she needed an appointment ok. Made the appointment. Took all day that day didn't do anything just charged the battery when it was already replaced. Took her an entire day for that. I MAKE the next appointment for same thing she goes and take all day again, they need a part. She has to go back. She goes back told her to be there early. Person doesn't come in till 12? She doesn't speak English so they are just doing her however they please and half-assing, just been giving her **** service. Almost never nobody that speaks Spanish in a predominantly only Mexican and black area ? OH sure if you need a Spanish sales care they got plenty. They'll sell you a car perfectly fine but when you need help in service your just **** out of luck. Having to take time off work to fix a simple remote start.

Once the vehicle is done someone should come out and explain to you what they did and why this did not happen. They called your number and sent a text you went to pay and your car was outside to drive. No conversation about what happened what they did or anything. I think it’s imperative that they speak with you after service.
