Simone was a great service coordinator. Extremely helpful in updating ny profile and bill based on my care plan. Unfortunately, the technician/staff physically servicing my vehicle were irresponsible and careless. My armrest leather is damaged /torn as a result of their service appt efforts. I am still awaiting an update from Service Manager regarding corporate'd next steps since this damage is the dealerships responsibility.

Steve reused to wash the car, said it was to cold . He just didn't was to do his job. Plus the labor cost was more than the parts. Will never recommend ADVANTAGE TOYOTA TO ANYONE ELSE.

Your Mecanic did not put the oil cap back on the engine luckily for me I always open the hood before I leave the premises told the manager and they put back he left it back at his workbench and all I got was a am sorry. Thinking on going to a different place next time
