Once I left your facility for a simple oil change, I proceeded home on the expressway and my car began to produce white smoke from the exhaust pipe and would not accelerate. I had to get off on the nearest exit and call the service department. Cymone called a tow truck for me (meanwhile an hour or so later)I was picked up and brought back to Advantage. This was such an inconvenience and caused me and my children to miss important school events.

I received no email/text/phone call my vehicle was complete. Oil change and recall was complete and noted. But it does not seem like the knocking/banging noise was addressed, nothing noted on final print out, so another appointment will have to be scheduled.

The service is terrible. The settings on your car are not where you had it when you went in. They speak in a condescending manner. They think they are doing you a favor instead of just doing their job all the way from the check in to the check out

The Service Aviser, Brandon Jones was excellent with the service provided to me and my vehicle. Especially when I came to have my car checked out. He took my car right away. Advantage Toyota is an excellent Dealership. Number 1 in my book!
