Very dissatisfied with my experience at Advantage Toyota. One of reasons is that one of items listed on the list that was emailed to me was that my tire has a nail in it. I was given the cost to remove it and to fix thru an email and not in person while waiting for my car. I wanted to have this fixed but I was told that my car was ready about 15 minutes later and my ticket was closed. That this could not be fixed. My concern is if there items that found that need attention for example is the dirty air filter. No one asked if I wanted this change and yet it is listed. Who makes these decisions without asking the customer. My appointment was at 1:00 pm and my car was not ready until 3:15 and yet no communication until the car was ready. I did ask was it safe to drive the car like that and I was told yes. My husband drives one hour one way on the expressway and I wanted to make sure. Then came time to pay, the customer service representative was not very friendly at all. We have been customers of River Oaks Toyota prior to becoming Advantage Toyota since the year 2000. It should not matter at what Toyota dealership the vehicle is purchased from it is still a Toyota.
