I have driven my vehicle 2100 miles and have owned it for 5 weeks. I was told the front rotors needed to be replaced but at my expense. The 3 month 3000 warranty that was in writing is a lie. Not good.
Just didn’t fully service the truck due to it being a diesel.
It was just too expensive. I needed an oil change and my bill was $500.02.
$249 for the service And $249 for labor.
Than is just too expensive for me
Was told I needed air filters replaced for cabin and engine. It was more than my oil change costs. I find that very expensive and may effect my return for service.
I was completely satisfied with the service I received..
I was given a quote for repair and was supposed to be given a cal back to discuss things, have still not heard back. Was told a dye was placed in engine oil to look for leaks but was never called back to discuss anything or set up when to return car. I will never use Frank Leta again and will not recommend this service dept to anyone!
I brought my car in because of a brake squeal replaced the pads and rotors and still have the squeal it must be coming from the back brakes.
I was greeted professionally by Terra! She took the time to listen to my concerns and address them properly. And kept me posted throughout the day on the repairs. Thumbs up Terra!! I appreciate the good service and communication
Ride service was great . Everyone was friendly and professional and repair was seamless and on time. We’ll done
Very helpful and courteous.
I did have fee for checking coolant not sure that was necessary. $170
Service was 11/4/25. Received a text that my car was finished today - 11/5/25. Seems a bit less than timely ????
Never got a call back. With a dead 2025 Yukon Denali in the garage. Bought less than 6 mos ago and brand new.
Man, Terra is great and so is Tracy!!!
Tracey did a wonderful job, listening to my concerns about my vehicle.
Still trying to submit. If this is going it doesn't make it known.
Truck issue still happening and truck is now overheating. Suggestions?
Tobias and the team at the dealetop notch.
I couldn’t pull into the service drive and Tobias brought an umbrella out to walk me in the building. When it was time to leave he also used an umbrella to get me to my truck and held it over the door so the inside wouldn’t get wet. Tobias and Tracey kept me updated.
My issue wasn’t fixed but has been sent to GM for a solution.
