Pretty obnoxious you guys send this out after every time I come.
Showed up, parked in the service bay. Waited around for five minutes or so to see if someone would come out to check me in. Nobody came out so I went inside. Everyone behind the counter just avoided eye contact until I walked up to someone and forced the interaction.
On pickup, same deal. I walked inside, nobody says a thing to me. I walked up to the closest person, (a bald dude) and tell them I’m here to pick up my car. He takes a cursory look through the files, says he can’t find me. He says “who were you working with?” I said “do you mean, who checked me in when I dropped off? It was that guy over there” and he said “then go talk to that guy over there”.
So, pretty terrible customer service. Seems like everyone there hates their jobs. Makes me not want to support the company that’s making their lives so miserable.
Jim was great! Made we feel very welcome. I will be returning to have all my service needs. Hope to continue to work with Jim.
All went well and I was done within an hour.

We were originally assigned to Amanda, but worked with Kevin Whitlock when we went to pick our car up. Kevin was amazing! He fixed several errors that were on our bill. We will be requesting Kevin when we return and would recommend others do the same.
