I appreciate Sara's attention to correct my last experience that unfortunately ended up waiting over 3 hrs for an oil change. She recognized that was a problem and that I as a customer since 1997, was not happy and used to that kind of service. She is dedicated to making sure the customer is taken care of. Thank you.

Scott Guardino is the best! He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He's an assest to Toyota Colorado Springs. Scott is the only reason I continue to go to the dealership. He's the only person I trust with my cars. When Larry H. Miller dealership was sold, it appears 99% of the staff left. I understand why, the dealership and personnel are cold and calculated. Even rude at times. So much to the point, waled out of the dealership and found the car I wanted at the dealership in Norman, Oklahoma. If Scott were to leave, I'm leaving as well.
