I appreciated the efforts the service writer went to to service my car and keep it affordable. I had tried to make arrangements to leave it for a week last week, being out of town but the receptionist told me she didn’t think they could get to my car in a week. When I arrived she had not noted that it was for a 120,000 mile service. First call should be as good as service writer.
The service department was busy when I arrived for my appointment. I got out of my car pretty quickly since I knew I was going to stay a little while. Usually, I am greeted right away, but I was probably too fast getting out. A gentleman greeted me inside who I believe was a manager. I forgot his name, but he was very courteous. He quickly discussed my situation with Nick who helped me initially. The service technician, Matt (hope that is correct) rode along with me to help detect the noise I was hearing. I decided to wait since I was getting an oil change too. It was unknown at the time if I would need a loaner. But, Josh and Ashley made sure I was all set if it was needed. After the technician addressed the problem and tested the vehicle, the noise was gone. I was also informed my battery was testing low, so I decided to replace it. They did that pretty quickly. Ashley kept me informed throughout the whole process. I really like all of the available desks/tables and seating. I was able to finish a little work while I waited. As always, it was a great experience today! Thanks everybody! You Rock!!
Randy was awesome. Parts, not so much. I ordered tires to be installed. Tires were not at the dealership. I ordered the tires 2 weeks in advanced. I used a coupon book that I purchased for the oil change a while back, which was fine. I won't be back to this dealership for service again. I was considering buying another brand new Truck from this dealership, but now, not a chance.
Scott always goes out of his way to help me when I bring my vehicle in for servicing. It is always a good experience.

Single oil change prices make it less cost effective to have dealership do it and no value for money. Ever since new ownership not even an option given for packages or some type of discount. Not sure I will bring vehicle back to pay more for Toyota name with no added value for cost.

I have trusted Scott for many years with my RAV4. Prior to that I had a Ceilica that I maintained and got 423,000 miles before I traded it in for my current car. I don’t work on RAV4 at all. Instead I trust Scott.
