Charles was helping me when I returned to pick up my car and he was AMAZING! He offered to come check out the front bumper after I mentioned some noises when turning my wheel and he offered to take it to the back and look underneath the car. He found that the bumper was slightly loose and gave me a temporary fix! All this offered when I only came in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Great customer service!

Very helpful staff that was great at reaching out to me and providing me info throughout the repairs. They provided me a vehicle while my truck was getting repairs which I am beyond grateful for.
