Car engine compartment smelled like burnt oil when I got home after service. Not sure why, with only 5k miles on garaged vehicle.

I booked my appointment online. And it so happens that no one looks at the notes. So, no one informed me that I did not need one of the services I had requested. No problem! But, why ask for notes if no one pays attention to them
