Sarah was professional and offered options in how I can deliver my truck to the service department a day prior to my transmission service. She kept me informed and updated on my services throughout and continues to show interest and dedication in her customers and her job. Thank you for the outstanding service.
Very helpful staff that was great at reaching out to me and providing me info throughout the repairs. They provided me a vehicle while my truck was getting repairs which I am beyond grateful for. Would recommend this Toyota service center to anyone needing repairs or general upkeep on their vehicle.

From the moment I drove into the bay, Strather greeted me with a smile and listened to my concerns. He also told me it would be about 90 min for the service and it was just over an hour. Thank you to Strather and the team for keeping my vehicle up and running and finding the nail in my tire!
Strather did a great job. He was genuinely invested in helping me in anyway he could. Everything was handled professionally and I felt like I could trust him. 5 out of 5 stars. I could offer no suggestions for improvement. Well done!
