Strather was super friendly and helpful from the minute I drove into the bay. He listened to my one concern about a potential slow leak and ensure that the team inspected it, they found a nail and patched it up good as new. He said it would be about 90 min but was just over an hour. I appreciate everyone’s hard work to get the job done and for their smiling faces and helpful attitudes.

Charles was beyond helpful, knowledgeable about my car and incredibly kind with regard to my lost phone in Lyft car. He calmly did everything he possibly could to contact Lyft driver while we waited for my car to be finished. He gave me excellent service which I greatly appreciated.

Everything was perfect. The staff members were friendly, the work performed was very thorough, and the work was done quickly.
Kevin was friendly and kept me up to date through the whole service. He was honest with me about my Tundra's needs and made me feel like a valued customer.
When I scheduled my appointment, it was not communicated properly what would be diagnosed. I came in with an obviously broken AC (and explained this over the phone), but had to leave with it that way unless I paid a heavy diagnosis fee.
Also the final inspection report was not thorough, such as with an absence of alignment information.
