Sarah is always outstanding. However, there were a couple things missed today. They left the spare tire in my truck that they were going to dispose of for me. Then a plastic cover came off the bottom of my seat belt that didn't get put back on.

After I got home I saw that the technician had left quite an oil mess under my truck after my oil change and also installed the filter access door on my aftermarket skid plate setup so tight that I could not remove it. I returned to the dealership to address the issue and Jim went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. He offered to clean up the oil spilled and took the time to find better bolts for my filter drawer. This kind of service is what makes a dealership successful. Jim deserves a raise!

It took over 2 hours for a 5000 mile.servixe and replacement of a trim strip. My time was wasted today by this service. I only brought it to make.sure I am good with the warranty requirements

Service is always friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and timely. Only delta is it seems some of the settings I have programmed get changed - interior lights on upon entry, door unlocked w/ driver door, headlights to auto for example. It would be appreciated if they would remain as dropped off so I don't have to reprogram each visit.
