I requested an oil change that wasn’t completed. I paid for a tire rotation although I believe it is included as part of the maintenance plan. I have concern that the tires were not rotated. The paperwork mentions discussing zero recalls, which never happened and the truck has two open recalls currently.

Daniela was very patient while I looked everywhere for my wallet, which it turned out I’d left at home. She kindly sent the invoice via text so I could just pay it when I got home rather than making a trip back to the dealership. Took awhile to get the work done but I’d anticipated that and brought work with me. Very comfortable waiting area with lots of seating configurations and the bottled water and jar of snacks were much appreciated.

Recall appt for 7.30am was done, I did ask for an extra service because a screw for the license plate holder broke off, and they did their best to get it out. I had to leave before they could finish because of an 11am appt I scheduled 3 weeks ago. I do apologize for rushing my way out.

Scott did a great job for an unruly customer such as myself I’m very hard to please and Scott answered the call. He was very nice and very very professional. He deserves a raise. I would even go as far as to say probably a promotion to something to do with PR public relations man’s got your guy Scott he’s great so is the service team thank you very much
