It took 2 weeks for a warranty motor replacement warranty for a cracked valve cover causing a leak. The entire motor was replaced in 3 days. Internal confusion over warranty numbers. I had a loner so it wasn't hard on me.

No up sell or any additions ‘you need this’ crap! That promotes trust! Doing those things destroys trust. Randy was great. But, nobody washed me truck. ????

Charles was helping me when I returned to pick up my car and he was AMAZING! He offered to come check out the front bumper after I mentioned some noises when turning my wheel and he offered to take it to the back and look underneath the car. He found that the bumper was slightly loose and gave me a temporary fix! All this offered when I only came in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Great customer service!
