First, let me say that Jim was very nice and knowledgeable and seemed very willing to help. However, I really didn’t feel like things were explained to me on the report. I would prefer that high cost items that we hadn’t discussed already would be addressed before I have to ask about them period. He did make some recommendations of things I could do later to help with cost, but when I went to pick up the car the price was still the total price that I’ve been on the report. Of course, this was changed but it just made me feel a little insecure about how much he was looking after my interest. The rental car was wonderful. And I have a suggestion to make. I come from California, and when I would take my Toyota to be serviced even if I wasn’t spending $1000, it would still always be washed. I think that’s an awesome service to provide to your customers. It doesn’t take that much to power wash the outside of the car and just wipe down the interior.

When I made the appointment I asked the person about checking an oil leak. They told me that was automatic as part of the normal service review, but when I picked up the car, that hadn't been done because the car was never put on a lift.
