It would be really awesome if the multiple servicer team members proactively reached out to people who have appointments for the day to let them know when things are backed up for a general maintenance appointment. I live way North and after waiting 2 hours enjoyed rush hour traffic for another hour home. Very frustrating losing an entire afternoon.

I had my vehicle at the service center prior to my scheduled appointment time for standard maintenance work. The service took much longer than the amount of time I was originally told , and the service person didn’t even know the work was already completed when I went to check on the status of my car. It seems better coordination and communication between departments would speed things along better for your costumers.
Stranded for several hours north of Walsenburg, I was toyed, by request, to VS Toyota. The rain upon our arrival was torrential and the drop was awkward as there was nowhere, away from the boys to park. Driver dropped there so I had the added worry that the Dealership would be difficult about that, and terrified my trusty ride would be a goner. Monday morning Scott greeted me pleasantly and had already put Miss Priss, my elderly Toyota in the lineup for repair. Late afternoon, after a diagnosis Scott had reported to me, she was fixed! I'm 79 and live in Arizona and have been on the road a month. Today, thanks to the efficient and KIND folks at CS Toyota, I'm headed home. Very impressed, very grateful.
She was professional, helpful and freindly. She made us feel valued and welcome.
