I was told that I needed $711 worth of maintenance done to my vehicle, which my vehicle doesn't even require 2 of the things I was told needed to be done. Maybe the techs need to be a little bit more noligiable about TOYOTA VEHICLES,WORKING AT TOYOTA. That being said I will never get my vehicle serviced at Toyota.

We were from out of town and heading home with a 6 hr drive through the mountains at night when the check engine light came on. Not wanting to risk getting stranded in the middle of nowhere, we spent the night in Colorado Springs and was at Toyota of Colorado Springs when they opened. Jim Shipley explained that they were completely booked, but he could get an initial diagnostic to see if was something simple. Within 2 hours they had identified a broken sensor wire and a dead cell in the 12 volt battery and had my car fixed and I was on my way home with confidence. Thanks so much for the great customer service extended to someone just passing through on there way home.

I waited an extra hour in the waiting area for someone to let me know the car was done. Found out they did not use the phone number I listed in the appt. No one came to find me. Had a balance done on the tires and I now have a wobble around 55mph.
