The first time Jim helped me was out of luck by doing a walk in oil change service on a Saturday morning. He was kind, thorough, and helpful! The second time was because I was nervous about something going on with my brakes as I drive my vehicle for work. My lack of vehicle knowledge definitely showed, but he listened to me and took my concern serious. He is seriously hands down the friendliest guy I’ve worked with in a service department across Colorado Springs. Yall are lucky to have him. And thank you for your time Jim.
