They said what they did and did what they said. Kind of rare these days.
Ok. Randy was great. Wish I had known there was a 20% discount on parts/service until November 5th. Found the mailer card with that info when I came home and picked up my mail. Had over $300 worth of work done. 20% off would have been nice.
Randy is always helpful and professional.
Ashley was very nice and professional! She did a great job keeping me updated on my vehicles progress. Everyone involved did a great job!
He was very polite and helpful.
Ashley Malcolm did an excellent job today and on previous occasions when she’s helped with service for our Tundra.
Sarah is the best! It’s not often you look forward to going to the dealership, but the right person makes the difference!
Scott did a great job. I was there on the wrong day and still got me taking care of
He was very helpful and knowledgeable
Wait 3hrs for an oil change o. My Highlander.
Randy is very professional and provided timely service.
Arrived early for my appointment, Randy checked me in and explained what the appointment covered . He gave me an approximate length of time for the work to be done , about 1 hour, he got me back on the road in about half that time. Great communication and quick service.
Excellent dealership . Thanks
Excellent service and good communication
In first two hours onsite, I was spoken to when asked my name during check-in. No direction or verbal communication until I asked status of oil change after 2 hours. Someone else signed my check-in paperwork, although I was in the service waiting area the whole time. Autotext was more helpful than the service people. The only good thing was an apology and comp’d oil change. Advice: If you can’t fit the work into your schedule, please don’t make the appointment. Or TELL your customers when they arrive.
I always request working with Kevin. I appreciate his communication and straight forward suggestions regarding my 330,000 mile Toyota Camry. ????

Jim was great and very helpful!
Your report upon given to me stated that I needed to do drive train maintenance. But luckily I’ve done my due diligence and inquired to make sure that service was done before I bought my 4Runner at 32,000 miles.
Had I not looked into this upon buying the vehicle from you, Toyota of Colorado Springs would have snaked hundreds of dollars from me. I paid cash for both my vehicle, and also the vehicles extended warranty. 46 thousand to be exact. And what was I told when I got my vehicle report today? That hey, I don’t know why your vehicles extended warranty and service agreement says inactive. I did not cancel this. And why would I have when I paid thousands over the asking price to ensure the vehicle was protected. I’m pretty unhappy with Toyota of Colorado Springs at the moment. Now I have to waste my time calling the 1-800 number from Toyota to verify that my extended warranty is still active. If someone from Toyota would like to contact me to fix all this, I would appreciate it.
Sarah really helped me out and explained all the extra mechanical issues that were recommended to me. She explained the other pay plans since I am in the military and was very kind throughout the whole service.
