I was very impressed with Strather! Originally, I had scheduled with Scott and was a little concerned when he explained the situation. My fears dissolved quickly as he interacted with me. I came in for an oil change and I have been using the prepaid coupon book. I did not have any left, but I was not informed of this when I was told the total at thr end I asked if I was out of the prepaid ones and told yes. It was never offered if I would like to purchase a new one. I did ask if it would be cheaper if I did that and he said that they had used a coupon for me but had not rotated my tires ( which I thought would have been done). All in all, I thought the service was definitely lacking.

I left the car at the dealership thinking that you guys were busy and didn’t want to rush anyone. Car was left on Thursday, no call or update at the end of the day, or Friday, or Saturday. I call on Saturday to see what’s going on and the person tells me that there are no notes left by the technician. Had to wait til Monday for someone to call me and tell me what’s going on. That was the last time I am leaving my car with the dealership overnight for an oil change and a recall.

He says barely two words to me while scrolling on the iPad, but then can ure rudely mansplain about how I booked the wrong service and then has to continue to try and get the last word after I said I understood. He gave zero information, and even had me sign a document that stated he went over things about the inspection and my vehicle that he sure did not go over. Awful sales experience, so it's nice you guys stay consistent on the service side too.
Never received the results of the multipoint inspection.i also would have paid for the installation of the correct trailer hitch but Kevin never brought it up. I’ll be reaching out to a separate dealership or an auto shop, but I definitely won’t be back. Ranks as one of the worst experiences with a dealership that I have ever had.
She kept me informed about everything including the maintenance I needed done.
