He says barely two words to me while scrolling on the iPad, but then can ure rudely mansplain about how I booked the wrong service and then has to continue to try and get the last word after I said I understood. He gave zero information, and even had me sign a document that stated he went over things about the inspection and my vehicle that he sure did not go over. Awful sales experience, so it's nice you guys stay consistent on the service side too.
Never received the results of the multipoint inspection.i also would have paid for the installation of the correct trailer hitch but Kevin never brought it up. I’ll be reaching out to a separate dealership or an auto shop, but I definitely won’t be back. Ranks as one of the worst experiences with a dealership that I have ever had.
She kept me informed about everything including the maintenance I needed done.
Randy turned what I thought was going to be a bad experience into the best it could be. He kept me informed during the whole time and gave options to either pick up and bring back or to leave truck there to wait on back order parts. Completely satisfied customer.

She was so sweet! I pulled into the bay with two vehicles which was confusing and she made it so easy for me to get what I needed. I actually love that she went over everything with me, like what I was wanting done on one vehicle and what I wanted done on the other. Didn't mix them up, and she kept me posted with where they were at with my vehicle. Because my tires are needing to be changed soon, she pulled up some tires and showed us what website we can look at. She WAS NOT pushy AT ALL! I hope she understand how grateful I am for her because that type of stuff makes me super anxious. No rush and no pushing to add or schedule things. Thank you Sarah! You'll be hearing from me soon to schedule some more maintenance soon!
