Lied about checking my car. Said they adjusted my tire pressure all around to 37psi. My car has a sensor of course because it was made after 2015. Two say 31 one says 30 and the other says 29. The exact amount it said before I took it in. Not a big deal of course but lying on an official service record makes me question the trustworthiness.

Sarah was awesome and did a wonderful job. I can only compliment her. Nice young lady! I was not satisfied by the fact that I paid $209 for nothing! I had no idea that they would not have a fix and a brand new radio was the only solution to the amount of $2300. I was given a list of things that my car needed, some that I had just recently had completed elsewhere, but I asked if the $175 could go toward one of your recommendations and the answer was no! Why? Enjoy my $209! What a rip off.

Ashley did an excellent job of helping me resolve my concerns with my breaks and rescheduling everything I had planned for next week so that my one trip did everything that was needed. I appreciated her attitude and the approach of everyone in the dealership.

Strather went above and beyond to help me. Absolutely incredible service! He didn’t need to help me just as the shop was closing down but he made sure I was taken care of and issues addressed first thing this morning. I know he certainly didn’t have to do what he did but he restored my faith in humanity but showing me the upmost kindness when I was having a moment of panic. It’s been a really hard week personally and he just made it better. Thank you SO much Strather!! I can’t say enough for the entire staff in the service department.

I was checked in promptly at 7 AM, the time of my appointment. Was seated by 7:05. Received timely updates through texting and had the opportunity to accept or decline services. Was out of there by 8 AM. It was the best experience I’ve had in a service department in a long, long time.
