Tech was a little heavy handed with the coolant, spilled in the engine bay. Would appreciate more attention to detail. Underwriter felt a little rushed but he was fine. A little more customer focused would be nice.

Randy has provided service oversight on my forerunner for a period of years and he always is extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Other staff I had contact with during this last visit were also very helpful and professional.

Sarah was very professional, courteous, and sincere in her efforts to coordinate with me and the person working on my truck. In fact, she is probably the most courteous and professional person I've encountered in years. After waiting at the service center for over a hour, to have a specific part I ordered and installed into my vehicle, I was informed by Kevin, the part I had ordered by one of the Parts Department reps was the wrong one. In addition, Kevin also informed me the part I wanted doesn’t exist for my vehicle. If this was so, I should have been informed by the Parts Department rep up front. This didn’t happen and I wasted my entire time driving to and from the Toyota Dealership, plus waiting to find out about the part incompatibility for my vehicle. I don’t blame Kevin, as he was very helpful. The Parts Rep should’ve been on top of this at the start. NOT SATISFIED.

Scott was respectful, helpful, honest and provided a preeminent customer experience. Just when you think dealerships are not worth visiting anymore, Scott came through, made things right, and helped assure the necessary repairs were made on the 2009 Tacoma with over 387K miles. Bravo!
