It took some time before anyone came to help me after I pulled in. Also the text update feature was not utilized and so I had no idea of my progress.
Another thing was that the 50,000 mile checkup was just told to me to be an oil change plus tire rotation. The service person said the vendor managing the website wasn't great and misrepresented.

Sarah was very informative and attentive to the needs of the customer. She is the definition of great service and knowledge to the customer. She answered all my questions and explained the billing breakdown when asked. I will definitely be back to this service department from this one interaction. This has far exceeded Corwin Toyota.

I recently bought a Land Cruiser and was told that included in my price of my vehicle a partial PPF that included back side of side view mirrors, door handle cups, front fenders partials, rear rocker panels and 18 inches on the front of the vehicle. The 18 inches was done today. That look great, but unfortunately none of the other items were done. When my husband dropped off the vehicle this morning he went through all the items that were to be done with a young man. He said that all those items would be done. When I picked up the vehicle the gentleman was very understanding and said he’d make it right but I did need to call the sales person which I will do tomorrow. Hopefully Toyota will follow through with the rest of the items that need to be addressed.
Was overall a great experience and the time we waited was very reasonable and Ashley was very personable and took the time to explain everything that was done
I would still like an answer about whether the paint recall could still be applied to fix the peeling paint on the driver side back row door.
The most friendly and professional customer service representative I have EVER dealt with at a Toyota dealership. Because of her I scheduled 2 more appointments that we original had planned to go elsewhere where for just bc of past experiences at other dealerships. She got us the information we needed on the spot for tires. We felt important, heard, and appreciated. Thank you Ashley for exceptional customer service.
