Scott was very nice and knowledgeable. He consistently kept me updated about the progress on my vehicle. My only complaint was the 2.5 hour wait. However, I also realize that my appointment was on Veterans Day. Probably a busier day than usual.
I did ask for VIN verification for registration and did not see it in my paperwork.

The person when Randy was out never returned 2 of my phone calls (a Kevin? So they did not “cover” at all for Randy being out.
Randy has been awesome, but this Kevin cover was a drop.
You should check his phone messages where he says that he will work to get back to you in 2 to 3 days.
Jim was there the second I pulled in and despite the fact that I was a day early for my appointment, he worked a miracle and was able to get me in. I greatly appreciated his help. Jim provided A++ service

I made an appointment for 1330. My truck was checked in at 1257. I was told that it would be 60 to 90 minutes....for a scheduled oil change. It took over 2.5 hrs. At the 2 hr mark, I asked for an update. Jim said it wasn't done yet and asked if I could leave and return. I said absolutely not. My day was already shot.
While both Jim and Ashley (who checked me out) were both pleasant,I am NOT satisfied with the service or the lack of respect for my time.
I feel that even though you aren’t able to wash the car, you should at least vacuum out the car. An hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation is excessive. Excuses is what I hear every time. My car was ready and I saw it with other vehicles being lined up behind it. No one around to say anything. I had to go say something. When I showed up to have my car serviced I had to wait almost 10 minutes before being helped.
Sarah is the best she always goes above and beyond to make sure we have the greatest experience at toyota. We only take our truck to her as she has always been a trusted source of service. Thank you so much for all your help and going the extra mile for us. We really appreciate you and everything you have done for us. Have a great week and we will see you soon.
