Everytime I come in the computer has never been reset. Reading the manuel to do this does not help. The manuel ****. I will be back at the dealership tomorrow to get computer set.

Before we closed the sale of our RAV4 we ask to have scratches one the hood fixed. We were told the scratches would be removed before the protective coating was applied. It was not done. Yesterday we brought the car back to have the scratches on the hood and dash, and passenger door jam and a stain on the driver's seat removed at 8:30 a.m. Late in the afternoon Scott from service call that the car was ready. Upon arriving we inspected the car. The scratches on one side of the hood were gone and the dash were gone also the stain was removed but the scratches on the other side of the Hood and door panel were still there. We were told the door jam scratched couldn't be removed without replacing the plastic panel at our cost.We left the car again. A couple hours later we were texted the car was ready. We picked up the car this morning,the hood looked good. We still would like the scratches on the door jam fixed. When talking to several of your service guys this morning to pickup our car their tone was short and rude. Scott was not at his desk, I was just asking if someone else could give me our car.
