I set an appointment, was there early. Was told about an hour. Almost 2hrs later I asked about my vehicle. He checked with the technician, came back and said another 25-30 minutes. There needs to be better communication between service rep and technicians. I don’t usually complain but this was a bit ridiculous for an oil change. The service advisor is a really nice guy and apologized but this is not the first time this has happened to me.

After spending 14700.00on my Tacoma I think he should have inspected the job before handing me my keys.I paid In Full and there where things I requested to be done and were not.We are now getting things finished.
The service I received-brake change- was extremely expensive. I've been a customer for over 7 years. I take my vehicle to Toyota for piece of my; to make sure the right parts are being used for my repairs and services, but it's entirely too expensive. There should be a customer loyalty/incentive program.

Ashley was a delight and did a great job with my oil change. She was so busy and the systems were down, but she still had a smile on her face and joked and laughed with me when I was myself also secretly not having a good day. She is a gem truly. I hope you guys keep her around for awhile. :)

My husband made an appointment for very specific things to be done on our vehicle. Half the things were not done. We were told those things aren't done in your service department. This is after being told by someone in your department those things could be done. Very unsatisfied with the miscommunication.
