Randy was very helpful. He answered all my questions and he let me know the approximate time I would need to wait. He got me out in less time! I noticed that he did not stand above me, but bent down so he was at my level which made it easier to communicate.

Jim greated me with a genuine smile, texted me when my car was done and gave me tips on when the service department is less busy. I’m retired so I can schedule during less busy hours. I want Toyota to handle all the Maintenance on my Corolla I bought new from Toyota if Colorado Springs.

I will never be bringing my car back here. I dropped it off at 10:01, and it wasn’t ready until 2:49. There’s no reason on why it should have taken over four hours to get it done. The man that worked at the desk couldn’t even look at me when I was finally able to pick it up

I would like Corwin Toyota to know that this was my first trip to your service dept in a few years. I despised the thought of ever returning (my sons urged me to give you guys one last try). My last experience with your service employees was shockingly rude and incompetent. ...right down to them returning my keys without the key fob- which I didnt notice..unti I had driven all the way back to Monument, parked and realized I couldnt unlock and leave the car- or start it again. The key fob, which was no longer on my keychain, they said had been thrown somewhere in the back of my car by the technician- and to "look for it" (not true- it was still in the service dept.)..and it was not reading correctly (true because the fob was not there). When I called back to the service dept they said "tough luck" and if I wanted to drive all the way back they might take a few minutes to figure out the "problem"...nevermind I couldnt start the damn car..I had to get the other fob from home (long story)...start the car and drive back- at which time the service tech magically planted the lost fob under my seat and walked away. I vowed never to return to the dealership where I actially purchased the damn car. I am glad I did, though...because today's visit was simple, honest, professional and quick. Totally different service dept than the previous time. Thank you

The media software recall/update has been attempted on my tundra twice. I have had to wait 2+ hours each time for this update, but it has not worked due to an “error” each time. I would like to get this recall/update done and be sure that I won’t wait another 2 hours for nothing.
