Very polite! Explained things well Although I don't like the fact I have my 3rd battery less than 70000 miles didn't sit well with me, I know it's not her fault and still left us very happy. Ashley is one of the reasons we keep returning!

Twice I asked about putting air in the spare tire and the tech said he checked it. However when I leave and check the pressure it only shows 24 and my other tires show 32. I don’t think he checked it
