I had to take my car back for a redo of the recall service
Also most places top off fluids with an oil change my washer fluid was out when I got my car back.
Scott did make an effort to offset this huge inconvenience.
Jim was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the appointment. I hope to ask for him the next time I need to come in.
