I had to bring my vehicle in twice because the first time my concerns were dismissed. The second time my truck was in the shop it finally got fixed. Randy was kind and helpful throughout the whole situation, but I wish I didn't have to bring my vehicle in twice to get it fixed.

Although I was satisfied with the service (and with Scott Gardunio and Dan Morgan keeping me up-to-date about the issue), I’m having a tough time having full confidence with the issue of my cameras sporadically not working. This is a major safety issue for me because between the higher/wider seats and limited rear window visibility, I’m concerned about the lack of safety precautions. And with the recalls on other models having the same exact issues causing the same recalls for the same issues, I just don’t understand not being able to find a solution. I’ve owned 6 Toyotas in the past and this one is the only one I’ve had issues with.

I never spoke with or saw my advisor after the initial call. The diag performed had already been done by our techs and we told him the same. We wasted money on diag that solved nothing. We spent 3 hours on it this morning and found a failed plug on the HVAC system wiring harness. 250 bucks later, it is fixed
