Jim and the crew got me in early and had my 4runner fixed within an hour. The wait was comfortable with plenty of snacks and drinks, and the desk folks were super helpful when I had questions. Folks like Jim and the rest of the crew at Motor City Toyota are why I choose to drive Toyota. You all rock, thanks for making my day quick, easy, and pain-free!

No **** up selling which is appreciated. Just concentrating on the necessities. No pressure. Loved the individual desk chairs and coffee drink machine! I would actually consider buying car from this dealer based on the vibe of the entire dealership while I was waiting on service
