My wife sat there for 30 minutes after I received a text ( I was in a meeting didn’t see it) that the vehicle was done she waited another 15 minutes because she is courteous and finally received the vehicle after approaching the service advisor. Super unimpressed by the first service of her new vehicle. One hour and 45 minutes for an oil change is insane especially because the actual service was 45 minutes less but the advisor can’t do his job affectively/efficiently.
I had an 8:30 am appointment and I was there at 8:30.
I let the team know that I would be staying with my vehicle. I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, a tire, pressure, malfunction, error, and a navigation update.
20 minutes into my drive, I got the tire pressure malfunction error. My navigation system was not updated.
And I had to go to the front desk at 12:15 to see if my car was read
Randy Lee kept me informed from the moment I walked in and throughout my service appointment. He was very professional and answered all my questions and addressed concerns that I had. I’m very grateful for that. He’s a great representation of Toyota.
Took the time to handle both the scheduled recall and the planned maintenance while also verifying that a prior recall finally had an available fix, explained the expected time clearly and was cheerful and polite throughout the service call

I think it is time for you to return to the ways things use to be when we were assigned a technician who worked on our cars from the beginning. The fact we have to remember to ask specifically for our technician is ridiculous!! I almost started going to another dealership because of this completely anti customer service change but I like Randy too much to leave. But trust and believe I will leave in a heartbeat if any more changes come along that make it even harder for me to get quality customer service. Whoever made this change clearly does not have a customer service background nor do they care about quality customer service!
