Sarah was very helpful and professional. She was quick when helping me and understood my situation when the repair was going to take long and provided me a lender vehicle to still make it to work. My truck was fully fixed fast and I was able to get my car the next day. The overall customer service and quickness on my car repair was amazing!

Strather, is the reason people will return to your business! I was having a hard day with my new truck not running. Strather answered my early morning call as I was trying to get AAA, to answer roadside service to get my vehicle to your service center. Strather answered my calls each time as I was anxious about the issue. He was calm and assured me I was going to be taken care of. He helped me out so much throughout the entire day as my truck was fixed under warranty! He even got me a ride to Toyota, and drove my car up to the front for me at the end...

Yes, Strather was professional. He stepped up and even called my last name. He kept me in the loop about my car and issues. He described what happened and elaborated when I asked what he was taking about. Well done. Thank you for the Head Technician stepping up and taking care the issue rather than the other tech person who did the diagnostic. Again, I am pleased with Toyota and the customer service. The lady in the team is so kind too! I like that there is a mix of people. Diversity is good for our community. Thank you, Toyota!!!
Kevin Whitlock was my service rep, took my car for its service. I waited in waiting area inside the building. He never came to me or updated me. I received a text stating my car was finished and I went to the service desks but nobody could find my service rep, couldn’t find my paperwork. They tried calling him, looking around for him, unable to locate him. After about 10-15 min they were able to get my paperwork and sent me on my way, still never saw Kevin Whitlock. When I got to my car, it was between two other cars unable to be moved out and they had me wait for the other customers to come out and leave for me to be able to leave. It was not a great first service experience.
